Official Minutes of The Lions Club of Frederick
November 28, 2000
The Lions Club of Frederick held the monthly Board meeting at The Holiday Inn. The meeting was called to order by Lion President JoAnn Hevey at 12:00 Noon. The following individuals were present:

1. The minutes for the October 24, 2000 Board meeting were presented by the Secretary.
2. The Treasurer reported $524.18 in the Administrative Fund and $13,587.44 in the Activities Fund. The Treasurer presented the September 2000 report.
3. December 9th and 16th will be the dates of the Salvation Army Bell Ringing. Please contact Lion Dave Godwin to sign up.
4. Mary Ann Kriner will be installed on December 7th. She has been advertised in the newsletter.
5. Membership Committee Chair Bill Simmons reported for the Membership
Committee. The Club is planning on participating in the World Induction Day in the Spring. The next Membership Committee meting will be on
December 14th from 1:00 to 2:00 after our regular meeting.
6. There will be no Board Meeting in December. The next Board Meeting will be at The Holiday Inn on January 23rd.
On motion, the meeting was adjourned at 1:00 PM.
